Buyer reviewWe were visiting Gatlinsburg, TN and called the local Century 21 office and stated that we were looking for a home in the area but were not ready to buy. Keith helped us several times even though he knew that we were not buying at the time. He showed us several properties and was very informative about the area.

Buyer reviewStephanie was great to work with. She was so responsive-email, text, calls- She never kept us waiting. She went above the call of duty, videoing multiple homes for us that we couldn't personally make it to and giving us advice, based on her years of experience. In one instance, we got excited about a particular house, and Stephanie said to us "Oh that one has come on the market two times in the last couple of years. The living room is too small to accommodate all the rooms that the house has!" ~ That's not stuff we would know to ask, and she could only volunteer that info by having a deep understanding of the market. We would recommend Stephanie to anyone who wants an experienced agent, who is also personable and professional.

We had to walk away from a cabin that was not right for us due to inspection and she was very understanding and helped us find the right one!
