Jean also represented a family member on multiple real estate transactions. Of all of the agents I have worked with, Jean is the most knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and conscientious when it came to meeting client needs. The sales plan for my recent home sale was organized, efficient, and successful! The online listing and printed flyer Jean prepared were gorgeous. A professional photographer came to my home to take dozens of pictures. Interested parties responded immediately after the listing was posted. Selling a home during the Covid pandemic was challenging. I was informed about Covid safety precautions from the outset. Jean provided ample safety supplies and made sure that all visitors adhered to the Covid safety protocols. Visitors were respectful of my home and property. Jean Benedett-Matich is the consummate real estate professional. She knows the business and yet she remains low-key, patient, highly ethical, and communicative at all times. I enjoyed working with Jean and I relied upon her opinions and judgement during the entire sales process.
