Seller reviewBlake had an offer to me within 3 hours of house going live. Very pleased with Blake Blake's brother also works with him and I did have dealings with him, he also did a great job. Blake's knowledge added more money to the sale. Blake was able to get more out of the house than I thought. I wanted to start at a higher price, he didn't think that was wise. We started at a lower price which created a bidding war. I believe his plan was best.
