Seller reviewWe are very satisfied with Joanie from previous home buy. We changed realtor because she impressed us from all the open houses we attended that she was showing. I knew it would be easier because I had previously bought a home. I have nothing but the best words. She impressed us from the very first open house we attended that she showed from another seller. After seeing her throughout the summer from open houses, I wanted her to represent us in buying our new house and then to eventually sell our old house. We have recommended you to several of our friends. She felt she treated us like her own family. We felt cared for. She and Chris are an amazing team together. They balanced each other well. Together they are dynamic.

Seller reviewWe met Joanie a year ago while we were casually looking at houses. Joanie would send us cards in the mail as a 'thinking of you' every quarter and a gentle reminder about her services. When it came time for us to buy and sell our house, she was the first person we thought of. Although we researched others, the personal and thoughtful approach of Joanie and Chris is what cemented our decision to move forward with them. Certainly a decision, we are glad we did. The sale of our home ran into some unexpected bumps, and Joanie and Chris were extremely quick, through, and clear in their communication. They are on top of everything and are gentle in their reminders when we have to get things done. In this environment, the speed at which they took action was very important. They were able to negotiate with the buyer and seller, since we bought and sold with them, the items that were important to us. They also offered advice when we needed it and yet left the final decision to us. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with them and we would do it again in a heart beat, no questions asked!

She was always willing and available to show us homes, always punctual, and never made us feel rushed. She was very knowledgeable and made sure to always keep our needs and wants in mind. My husband and I have purchased a few homes in the past, and this was by far the easiest and least stressful of all. We owe that largely to Joanie and her team, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
