Wanda Kenney was highly recommended by two friends of mine who were greatly satisfied with past dealings with Wanda. She had helped them sell their homes and buy new homes or condos. I had met Wanda a few times and knew that I wanted to work with her when we decided to buy a home. As we had not purchased a new home for 40+ years, we were not familiar with the process. Wanda made sure we were well informed and communicated all information in an easy to understand manner, sent us timely reminders, followed up whenever necessary and always made us feel welcome to call her at any time. As we were thinking about moving for quite a long time but weren't sure of the timing, and weren't even sure what we wanted, Wanda was great at setting us up with online searches and options so that we could see what was available and let her know if we were interested in viewing any homes in person. She was not high-pressure but was very available and provided valuable insights into the areas we were looking at. We would not have appreciated a high-pressure sales tactic. She was exactly what we needed and she never made us feel like we were taking up her time. My husband and I were both extremely pleased with the service and attention we experienced with Wanda. She was attentive to detail, supplied us with all necessary information and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. We were totally prepared for the closing and appreciated Wanda's preparation and presence there. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend her to family and friends in the future.
