She came to all of our builder meetings, and new construction walk through. We really appreciated the fact that she came to the house and meetings not because she had to, but because she chose and wanted to.

That seems very unusual for many agents, as it hurts the "quick sell" aspect of the agents business. What it did instead was develop a trust between Wanda and ourselves that was invaluable in helping remove a little stress from our relocation. She helped us find the right house, at the right price! We were so confident with her, we recommended her to our daughter for her own successful first house search! Would definitely contact Wanda again if we decide to buy or sell!
