Buyer reviewI had a good working experience with Jessica. I would recommend her to other investors like myself if they are in the market for investment property. What I liked most about Jessica was that as I looked at properties using online listing companies like Zillow, she would respond quickly about the availability of houses. Many of the home still listed were under contract or sold. I appreciated her quick response, which saved me a lot of time searching for my next investment purchase. When we did find an available home, she made her self available to visit the property and place an offer.

Buyer reviewKimberly Hayes is very personable, professional, and very communicative with any changes, updates, etc. From the very beginning, she was able to take our wants and needs and show us relevant potential houses. Because of her knowledge of the area, we were able to close on our house in about 90 days (from day 1 of searching to keys in hand). I would choose Kim as my realtor agent over anyone else for future endeavors. She is quick to communicate changes in status and when needing additional paperwork. The whole process was a little stressful and confusing at first (I'm bought my first home), but thanks to her all questions were answered in a timely manner and that really helped to ease the burden on me. Thank you Kim for all your time, commitment, and excellent service!!

She never faltered, she took every challenge like it was just another day. Jessica made me feel comfortable and confident and I didn't need to worry about anything, she did it all.
