Seller reviewAlexa and Jason were fabulous..even at times when I was nervous or a little frustrated in this market, they said stick with the process, everything will work out..and they were right!!! Very communicative right till the end of the sale which I really appreciated..I would highly recommend Alexa and Jason should anyone consider selling or buying..My experience was top notch and I appreciate their efforts very much..

Seller reviewThe King team sold my property in less than 4 months in a saturated market with high interest rates that usually reduce the pool of prospective buyers. Yet, the marketing efforts, the constant communication, and reassessment of current market conditions by Jason and Alexa resulted in closing on the sale in less than 4 months. Jason and Alexa were extremly adaptable to personal circumstances and consistently found viable and advantageous options for me to consider. The overall experience was that of utmost professionalism, effective communication, and efficient execution. The King team will be the only reason I may consider to buy real estate in FL again.
