Buyer reviewThis was out first time selling a home and the thought of selling and buying at the same time was terrifying to us. Vanessa was recommended to us by a friend who had just purchased a home. We had been putting off selling our home because we were afraid of the process and we were assured that Vanessa would make it painless. (they were right!!) I cannot begin to express how amazing Vanessa and Ryan were from the very beginning of the process to the very end! Vanessa was constantly in contact with us regarding every step of the process. Every question we had was answered immediately and every deadline that needed to be met on our end was clearly explained so nothing was delayed. She was also in contact with our lender, the agent for the seller of our new home and the agent for the buyer of our home almost daily so we never had to wonder if everyone was on the same page. I will recommend Vanessa and Ryan to anyone and everyone!!! I only wish the buyer of our home would have had Vanessa as his agent because his end would have gone much smoother!

Not only did they give amazing recommendations for inspections, they knew what to look for in a home, from possible red flags to all the positives. Vanessa and Ryan were beyond words amazing! They were extremely professional, and made the entire process super comfortable and easy. Vanessa stayed on top of everything when it came to the paperwork and everything in between. Communication was top notch, there was never a moment where they were unreachable. We knew we were taken care of working with Vanessa and Ryan, in our minds, they're family now! Finding a perfect home is never easy, despite the multiple rejections we received Vanessa and Ryan were always positive and optimistic!
