Buyers agent dropped the ball and if it was not for Gregs knowledge of the necessary procedures this sale would not have happened. Greg kept me updated with accurate and very timely communication. Greg showed the house 5 times in the first 10 days getting three offers and a contract. He always let me know when the house was going to be shown.
