Buyer reviewI knew that Patrick Irick was the only choice when it came to selecting him as a broker. Not only is he knowledgable about the area, he knows the ins and outs about houses. I knew I could trust him to help me make my best choice for a home. Patrick was able to point out multiple areas of the homes I looked at that were not suitable for me. If he had not been with me, I know I would have ended up purchasing a house that was falling apart. He helped me get the exact house that I was hoping to get with very little issue. Patrick was able to answer all of my questions quickly and respectfully even if it wasn't related to his specific area of selling me a home. I am grateful for his patience and all of his help. I had an excellent sales experience and Patrick made sure I understood the process from beginning to end, which was especially necessary as a first-time home buyer.
