The first house he found me, I was outbid by a cash offer over asking price. I could tell that Greg was just as upset as I was that I missed out on it. A few days later, Greg found me a place that was just as good, if not better than the first one. I now own that place. I wouldn't go with anyone else if I needed to buy again. I would also gladly recommend him to any friends looking to buy a house (Note: it was my sister-in-law, who is in the real estate / loans business, that sent me to Greg in the first place). The group at TCU (loan company) and Greg's group worked seamlessly together to basically do everything for me. Just a really excellent experience all around.
