Kim Ruhl was absolutely amazing during the whole process! I can't imagine a better experience! Kim Ruhl worked with me for 4 months before I was able to sign a contract with her. Kim helped me deal with a hostile real estate broker situation and with her expert knowledge I was able to prepare my large property for the first showing that ended up becoming a sale. No missteps. No problems. Just expert advice and highly professional handling of my sale led to a seamless closing. The entire process from initial meeting to closing was handled above and beyond my wildest dreams!
