Seller reviewI did an interview with the three major players - and Linda really had all the answers. One of the company representatives did well, but did not have much "warmth" and "personality". Another representative had warmth and personality, but did not have All the answers. Linda had all the bases covered. How the marketing would be handled, the breakout of the numbers and she let me know all the "hidden possibilities" and therefor there were NO surprises. For me that was Huge. And of course she had warmth and personality and I just knew that there would not be any major "Drama" and there was not any Drama at all.

Buyer reviewI've never been through the experience of buying a house and Jeremy and the entire staff were excellent when it came to letting me know that they were going to be ups and downs and helping me along every step of the way. It was actually fun because they made it feel like they were friends and they were there to help me. I genuinely felt like they cared about me and that they wanted to get me into the best house possible. Buy a house can be overwhelming with all of the documents and paperwork that needs to be acquired but they were patient and kept me updated on everything that I needed to be doing and they were also impressively quick on taking care of things that they needed to take care of. Linda Friedrich and her staff have amazing ratings and are the best around for a reason.
