One that was local, and more importantly, safe Documents were sent over and explained in a timely fashion.her knowledge of the area and attention to detail was absolutely unbeatable. She was able to negotiate with our sellers on all terms, lowering the price and getting us more back! Super friendly, nice. Always showed up on time to showings and appointments Thile process went so much smoother than we thought.
