Lisa Myers really needs to have a book written about her. We were so i unsure about so many topics of home buying , but she was able to pull us through the process with her knowledge and expertise. How could anyone not like Lisa. She is so personable, upbeat, cheerful, and as we say in the Navy, she has a "can do - glad too" attitude. So important! The home we purchased was actually for our daughter. Her husband was a Marine combat veteran who died unexpectedly at 32 years of age. We discovered that purchasing an investment property is a little different than purchasing a home for personal use.
