Lisa is WONDERFUL!!! She is on top of EVERYTHING and would always meet us always with same day notice. She is friendly and polite and would always reassure us that we would find the perfect house for us when we felt a little hopeless. She is very educated on the VA side of things which was a plus because she understood my husbands background and was patient with his disabilities. She kept us updated daily and would send me listings as soon as they would post so she was always watching for us in the background. We needed a house with 5 bedrooms because of all our kids and grand kids, and we needed the master on the bottom floor and we did not want an HOA. We have a special needs son that needed certain things and we have a grandson on the way and needed certain things to accommodate for that.
