Seller reviewMachelle Cox performed exceptionally well throughout the entire home sale process. She is a Grade A personality that gets things done! Priced our home just right, which led to a quick sale at our desired margins for the area. Had many different connections for contractors, and coordinated work with them at very reasonable prices with much shorter turn-around times than I would have received by calling myself - this really made things easier for us while trying to manage a move at the same time. David Barton also was great to work with, ensuring that we closed on time. I would highly recommend both Machelle Cox and David Barton to anyone in the area looking that's looking for a realtor that knows what they're doing and makes it happen!

Whether it was a late night phone call, negotiations with the seller, home inspections, house tours, and everything in between, David simply served us in every way that we could ask for and exceeding all of our expectations.
