At that time, we had the opportunity to meet her and we were impressed with her as well. She knew the neighborhood and was knowledgable about the market value of homes on that street. She seemed honest, sincere and dedicated to her clients, all attributes that were very important to us. From the beginning Maricela kept us updated with what was happening with our sale. She always had excellent strategies about what to do in every stage of the process. When there was a delay in proceeding to the closing Maricela was in constant contact with the buyer's relator and us. We believe she was steady force that brought the sale to the closing table!
