Melanie was great from start to finish. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect in certain aspects. She was so patient in explaining all of the moving parts, so we were confident in our decisions. Never once did we feel pressure, persuasion, or feel like we were in the dark about something. She was very transparent in her process and I appreciate that. She was there on time for all inspections and closing procedures.
