Seller reviewThe Messer team is great. Both Lynanna and Greg were true Professionals when it came to selling my house. Lynanna has great marketing skills and Greg was a great negotiator. They were very accessible and took care of all of my real estate needs. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. Seller reviewI could not be more pleased with the professional services provided by Lynanna and Gregg Messer. I initially reached out to Lynanna after she had taken the initiative to visit the property during an estate sale. She left a note to me indicating her interest in representing the property and mentioning several of its notable assets. At the time, I was seeking an agent whom I felt appreciated those very points so I responded to the inquiry. After a lovely conversation with Lynanna describing her and her husband and partner Gregg's background, experience, values and methods, I was convinced that the Messers and I would be on the same page in regard to preparing, marketing and selling the property. I was not disappointed in my expetations. Once she and Gregg took over, the process went very smoothly. Because I was an out of town seller, Gregg bent over backwards to meet my needs and expectations, keeping me well informed of progress, answering my questions and easing my concerns. Bravo!

Lynanna had put together a marketing plan and how best to get my home on the open market and in front of buyers. He knew everything about the house, the past owner and the overall history of the house. Him and Lynanna communicated and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Lynanna was very personable from the start, giving us ideas for decorating and furniture and was very knowledgable about some key peices of the home.
