Seller reviewMy husband selected Suzanne Myers based on her reputation for completing sales in Tahlequah. She was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Her willingness to use new tools of communication such as texting and the Hello Sign app were crucial to our process. The Hello sign app allowed us to sign documents without physically coming into the office, which is helpful for us because our schedules can be very busy, but also because I had to be out of town a week during our negotiations. Further, her willingness to use texting as a means of communication meant I could answer questions during business meetings and my husband could play an active role in the process, which due to his deafness was not as easy with other brokers. During a difficult negotiation, Suzanne was willing to meet with us and the buyer/broker and handled the negotiate with poise and professionalism. In the end, Suzanne was able to sell a house that we had listed twice before and we are so happy to close this chapter. We will definitely keep her in mind for future real estate transactions.
