Scott Nichols listed our property for sale, so it was natural that we would select him to help us find a new house since we were staying in the area. Both Scott and Sandy were very responsive to our requests to see showings, often making the arrangements very quickly with a listing agent, and then showing us the houses. It was a team effort between the Nichols and us. We would search for homes online, or drive-by houses for sale or Scott would identify homes that met our criteria, and then he would set up showings. Once we had an offer on our house we had to intensify our search efforts for the right home to purchase. He helped find the house for us, and he provided major coordination for us to have a simultaneous sale and purchase. He did a great job getting us through the sale and purchase processes, managing all the details of complex transactions, and being available at any time facilitate the transactions. Even though I know he had other clients, he was always available to address or resolve our needs and give us outstanding service.
