Seller reviewI have known Robin for a long time. I had recommended her to my children when they bought their houses, and finally had the opportunity to use her when my husband and I decided we wanted to move closer to our children. Robin is one of the hardest working agents I know. She knows her stuff, having been in the real estate business for so many years. When situations would arise that we didn't understand or concerned us, Robin was was wonderful in keeping us calm, and explained everything. We always felt we were her only clients, even when we weren't! Robin was always very professional and available for us. We were very pleased with Robin Butler/Patriot Group and all that was done to get us to settlement. Robin made the whole experience better than we could have expected. We highly recommend them.

Seller reviewI located Megan via the Century 21 website. She had over 200 positive reviews, which factored greatly into my contacting her. I had no luck in contacting other agents from other realty companies..they either didn't answer their phone, or return a call, etc. I called Megan, who immediately answered, and we went from there. She is an outstanding agent, knows her business well, and constantly kept me in the know as my home went to market. I cannot say enough good things about how Megan helped me with selling my home. If you had a rating of "outstanding" above "excellent", I would pick each for Megan. Megan worked hard to make sure everything in my sale went without a hitch.

Seller reviewOf the 3 agents I spoke with, Robin was the only one who demonstrated a good understanding of the property's value and limitations. She didn't try to oversell or upsell, and was very reasonable about the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Robin helped me steer clear of a potentially problematic offer and (fortunately) a full price offer came just in time. Communication about the buyer's concerns was effective and worked out perfectly for all concerned. Closing was a breeze, and the transfer of funds was almost immediate.
