Our realtor Robin Butler told us what needed to be done, as this is the first time selling our home, which she also sold to use 10 years ago when we looked for a home for the first time. We did what she suggested and our home sold less than 48 hours. She was so patient and amazing throughout the whole experience and we love her very much.
