I had a great experience working with Cindy Ballard. I found her when I called about a listing I saw on Zillow that she was the agent for. I was very impressed with both her honesty and her responsiveness, even when I realized after seeing it that particular house was not going to work for me . After listening carefully to what I was looking for in terms of location, features and pricing, she got me set up to be notified via email when new listings became available, and was always happy to discuss them with me if one came up that interested me. I didn't look anywhere else, I never felt the need to. When the right house did come along, Cindy handled everything promptly and professionally, and with great enthusiasm, without being pushy. One of the most positive things for me was how responsive she was to all my communications. No matter how small the question or how silly I felt asking it, Cindy always got back to me right away, and if she didn't have the answer, she would get in contact with the person who did. It may seem like a small thing, but having someone who returns your phone calls and emails right away when you are making a major purchase like a house really reassures you that they are on top of things, they are paying attention to the details and that everything is going to be fine. I wish it wasn't such a rare attribute in the business world these days. Speaking of attention to detail, she was also very on top of things like making sure that inspections were done promptly and correctly, that any repairs were documented with receipts and not swept under the rug, and that paperwork was done completely and correctly the first time, not having to redo things during settlement because someone's name wasn't spelled correctly or something. It was the smoothest settlement experience I have ever had, and I have no doubt it was because Cindy had checked and confirmed and organized everything beforehand. I wish all settlements could be like that! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who was looking for a house in the area, and who wanted a responsive, professional and and positive person to work with. With her, it was never "no" or "we don't do that", it was always "how do we work this out?" and "who is the right person to check on this and make sure it's OK?" or "what can I do to help things along?" without ever being pushy or overbearing. I would absolutely send her to family if I had any buying real estate in the area. What else can I say? Far and away the most positive, smooth and least stressful real estate transaction I've ever had. Thank you Cindy!!

Cindy was a fantastic agent. It was our first home and she was able to take our wish list and find us a house that met all of our wants and helped us negotiate a fair price. The majority of work we had to do buying this property was done remotely. She was quick to reply to texts and emails. She also took the time to explain things along the way that we didn't understand. Her local knowledge and experience can't be beat. She made the process as painless as possible and got us in a house we really like. I couldn't give Cindy a higher recommendation.

Kelly is amazing and really made the experience fun! I felt like she was just as excited about closing on my house as I was! I've recommended her to a friend who is also looking to buy and I'll be recommending her to anyone I know that's looking. Also the housewarming basket she gave me was the sweetest gift! She's just the best, I can't say enough wonderful things! As a first time home buyer, I thought this would be pretty terrifying but honestly it was easy and I felt like Kelly kept me up to date and in the loop throughout the process. She was very patient and accommodating of my random questions and concerns too!

Kelly and her partner Mike have been excellent to work with. In our opinion Kelly went above and beyond during our house hunt by just driving around and showing us the area after our 11 month old, that was in desperate need of a nap, finally fell asleep in the back seat. She was very accommodating, knows the area very well, and worked all hours to try and meet our timeline for the purchase. After the closing Kelly and Mike continued to periodically check on us to make sure we were settling into our new home and area nicely. We would definitely recommend them both to others looking to buy or sell.

My husband and I were unfamiliar with the area and going through the purchasing process from a distance. Cindy was able to be our eyes and ears at the house for inspections and etc. Cindy is awesome at what she does and we would highly recommend her to any friends or family that may be in the market or be moving into the area!
