Buyer reviewWe all understand the stress that is experienced when buying a new home, but when you are buying that home to take care of elderly parents and a ill grandson there are more concerns than usual. Also, the bridge that we use to travel to this new home was knocked out shortly before we found this home, so our 2-hour trips turned in 4 hours. Kelly was ALWAYS available, and she seemed to always be on the same "page" as we were. We would call with a question or possible problem, and she was always one step ahead. This has gone from being a dreaded necessity to an experience of joy and excitement. We not only have the exact location of our home (one door down from my husband's parents), but also the floor plan we needed for my 91-year-old mother that lives with us. Buyer reviewFrom the very first meeting, it was clear that Brittany was on top of her game. Prepared, professional, and personable, Brittany was superb in presenting us with homes that were exactly what we were looking for. We were VERY impressed when she was willing to drive over 2 hours to show us homes on the Eastern Shore. And, we found with each one, she had done her homework and had all the information we needed. When we finally found the exact home we were looking for, Brittany was proactive in getting us a showing and then immediately prepared our offer to present, before the plethora of other offers came in. When we found that our offer was accepted, Brittany was instrumental in assuring all inspections were done - and done right! As we departed the settlement office, we found ourselves saddened, as we knew that our time with Brittany had come to a close. We will truly miss her! She is absolutely delightful and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

She would tell me thing about the house/area I wouldn't have thought to ask, making sure I had the knowledge of the home and area. Kelly and Mike were so helpful and always there throughout the process you really can't ask for a better agent! Highly recommend her she is fantastic!!!
