Seller reviewRight from the start kelly was very professional in her approach and execution,there wasnt a day that didnt go by that when i needed an answer about certain things that needed to be done on the house kelly was only a phone call away and returned my phone call very quickly. That meant everything in the world to me and it made the transition so much easier when the time came to do the final sale of the house. Awesome job kelly keep doing what you are doing....

Seller reviewCindy Ballard was an amazing broker who helped us navigate a difficult market to ultimately get our house sold quickly and for a good price. Cindy was instrumental in helping us prepare the house for sale (recommending home improvement projects we should complete, connecting us to a home painter, and walking us through the sale process). Once on the market, she helped us respond quickly to a sluggish market by changing price and setting up an open house. During the process, she was responsive to any and all questions, responding to our inquiries quickly (often within 5 minutes!). She walked us through a multitude of different processes once our home was under contractor, such as the paperwork to grant Power of Attorney to one of the owners as the other owner was out of state and selecting a contractor to fix home inspection items. This was the first time we had sold a home, and Cindy made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way and made the entire experience so much more manageable than it would have been without her!
