Seller reviewMy husband and I have used Cindy Ballard to both purchase and sell a home. She helped us purchase our first home, then sell it a few years later. Cindy is very knowledgeable about both buy and selling homes. Cindy made sure we understood every paper or question that was put in front of us. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening and were in agreement before moving forward. She was always available for any questions, comments, or concerns we may have had. Cindy also made sure to keep us up to date every step of the way! I will continue to recommend her to anyone I can and will certainly use her in the future if the need arises!

Cindy helped us a great deal, as this was our first home purchase after renting for 28 years (military). Every bit of advice she provided proved accurate. Can't add many more adjectives to this list, Cindy rocks. Cindy made our entire house buying experience a manageable event, something I didn't anticipate.
