This was a difficult sale since I was located on the other side of the country and working long hours, but Cindy made it easy. She not only had exceptional knowlege of the area and the market, but she single-handedly ran point on several major improvements I needed to make to get it ready for sale and had an excellent network of contractors at her fingertips. She kept me up to date and pinged me if I had missed an email etc. She is a consumate professional. I would definitey reccomend her as well as use her again myself.
