Because I was out of state throughout the process, Mack handled everything fast and professionally. He kept me updated on every step along the way, quickly answered any e-mails, texts or phone calls for questions I had and arranged for all the inspections and helped me with some contractors I had to have do work before the sale. His helpfullness was vital to this sale. Problems popped up along the way and he was able to field them all quickly and put them to rest. I could not have asked for a better agent. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely perfect due to the way Mack Meeks handled it all. If I ever need another realtor in Tennessee I would not even think about using anyone else and would recommend Mack to anyone I know without hesitation. Century 21 has a huge asset in Mack Meeks Macks performance in all aspects listed above were beyond excellant. He was the perfect person to have on the job and I am very thankful he was handling this sale

Elizabeth's planning and showing of my house avoided me having to do a short sale or going into foreclosure This was a horrible experience as I was out of the country and being forced to sell my home when tenants failed to pay rent I was emotional and my stress level was at a maximum level and Elizabeth, who is a personal friend, was able to maintain professionalism and keep herself detached from my personal pain to keep me focused on the things I needed to do to keep my home out of foreclosure or being forced to do a short sale. Her professionalism needed to prevail over friendship in this situation and she did that well, without making me feel she didn't care as a friend, too.
