Buyer reviewDuring a trip to Gulf Shores we had reached out to Pete Vakakes to look for properties near the beach. Our search continued with Pete after we had to return home, out of state. In both circstances we were able to keep a constant dialogue with Pete about our search, even doing remote walk-throughs with Pete. Due to our close partnership with Pete, we felt comfortable enough to purchase a home in Gulf Shores without ever having set foot in it. Pete was also critical in assisting us with all of the details and necessities after the offer was accepted to us closing on the house and beyond. Our family dedicated a lot of effort to this search and purchase but we are very pleased the outcome. Pete was an essential and integral partner and facilitator at each and every step of our successful journey.
