Buyer reviewPete is very knowledgeable about the Gulf Shores area. He listened to what we needed and geared our search to only condos that met those criteria. We looked at 7 ground floor units & the last one was the perfect one for us. Pete said, "I could tell by the look on your face it was the one." We went to lunch and then back to Pete's office and made an offer. During the following weeks, Pete kept in contact until the closing. What really makes Pete stand out is he helped us even after the sale with a few items. He helped us locate a contractor because we wanted to upgrade a few things. He brought the contractor over to meet us. Customer service at its best! Pete on the Beach Team is awesome-start to finish!
