I reviewed the online profiles of about 25 Century 21 agents identified on the website. I rated their performance regarding experience, interest in my kind of property, interest in other properties, objective attitude regarding how my property was presented, continuous communication regarding the options we had to put the property in the best light. Mr. Vakakes was in the top category of my rating process, so I was pleased with his efforts. The completion of the sales process was extended due to the inability of the buyer's loan source to quickly approve the application. Consequently, it took 2 months to get the loan approved and conduct the closing. Mr. Vakakes was very accessible and always had an optimistic attitude towards a successful negotiation. He was excellent in keeping the lines of communication open and expressed his appreciation for negotiation in good faith and our ability to pursue a satisfactory outcome. Pete and his staff were very accessible and provided excellent recommendations during the extended sale process.
