We are a family from Gardendale, AL. Our beach home was one we purchased in '96 with the hopes of having many memories made with our children, grandchildren and eventually our great grandchildren. Our little home did not disappoint. As our family grew, so did all the memories and the sentimental attachment. Our first meeting with Mr. Pete was very relaxed. He did not pressure us to do anything we did not feel comfortable doing, or not doing. He also shared with me that selling a beach home was an emotional sale. He tried to prepare me for what I would be facing. He showed, I guess, a softer side of himself, and not one of, I'm just here for your money. He also guided us in how to prepare the house to sell. Once we got that completed, we almost immediately received an offer that became our sales contract. Would I recommend Mr. Pete to anyone? Without a doubt I would.
