Seller reviewWe loved that she donated a portion of the commission to a local charity. Paula went above and beyond for us. We were mostly out of state during the process, and she kept me updated and took care of unexpected crises (the snow and ice and long freeze and power outages!). She was stellar.

Seller reviewPaula is awesome and a true professional. You don't realize how much you get from Paula and the Power of 4 team until the sale is complete. When you look back at all the paperwork, questions/answers, concerns, time and energy that goes into selling a home it is staggering and Paula is right there by your side. The stager and photographer that were provided were amazing. The preparation in getting ready for the showings was invaluable. (The sale was during COVID-19 so all showing were by appointment only and all slots filled up faster than fast). Reviewing of the multiple offers and sorting through them all and the willingness to review them with you...AND everything in between...I really can't say enough good things about Paula. Paula is a true gem!

Communication with all parties is key, and she exceeded our high expectations. She stayed calm when things with our lender got tricky, and helped us find a new lender when that became necessary. She was on top of every detail. What we thought was going to be simple became quite complicated, but Sheila's confidence never wavered. We're very grateful we had her in our corner. When we're ready to sell our house in the spring, Sheila's our woman! Five star service and exemplary professionalism are her hallmarks.
