Seller reviewThis property belonged to my mother and was quite far away from where I live. I needed a real estate agent who was familiar with the area and with the comparable values in the neighborhood. Because I am a BNI member, I wanted a real estate agent from BNI top whom I could give this referral. I could not be more pleased with the job Sheila did for me! The house needed a lot of work to be made ready for the sale, and she gave great advice and had several other great referrals for subcontractors we needed to get the work done. In the end, she negotiated a price for the home which was over our asking price...a better result than we could have imagined! Thank you, Sheila Evans! I am very happy with the job you did for us!
