WOW! That's what best describes Tracy! From her welcoming smile the moment you meet her to her upbeat personality when answering every question I had, Tracy was amazing all the way around! This was our first home we purchased, we were a little scared and unsure of what we where doing. Tracy would explain everything in detail and make sure we knew every step of the way what was going on. What a wonderful experience! I can't say thank you enough to Tracy! Paula Brent is a rock star at what she does!! We had some tough challenges arise with the sale of our house. It was discovered that some time before we purchased it, the city had rezoned it to commercial-office. We had no idea until we tried to go through the process of selling. We decided to try to get it rezoned back to residential. Paula walked us through the process..helped us every step if the way. She showed up to all planning & zoning meetings as well as the city council meeting and even spoke on our behalf. She went over and beyond to help us! Finally after being rezoned to residential, Paula had our house sold within a a matter of weeks. We are so grateful to have our paths cross with Paula. I wouldn't want to work with any other realtor!
