I was very satisfied with the way Angie Moore handled the sale of my property, from the staging, communication, accommodating and listening to my thoughts on pricing the home. Angie was excellent.

Very impressed how Angie made use of our time. The way she scheduling to see homes was great. I never felt rushed or that I had to love a home. She helped us see the differences in the homes that we saw. We asked for her opinions on items and she was honest without being negative. She really had our best interest at heart. I've already recommended her to a friend that is looking at moving to the Georgetown area from out of state.

I wish we had gotten to know Paula before we sold the house and moved to California. She was our neighbor, but we got to know her only after we put house on market. She was sharp, witty, and a joy to work with. House sold on first day thanks to her being honest about what the house would bring.

i did a search on Zillow initially, Angie was one of many agents listed. I went to her website and to social media for her real estate company. Power of 4. Angie had qualifications we were looking for, and she was a native of Austin and involved in community as a volunteer for some organizations that we support, so I thought it would be a good connection for my wife, as she would be doing the house hunt with Angie. I called Angie, she contacted me back quickly and spent an hour and a half discovering who we were and what we were looking for. I decided on Angie because of her past history which i could quantify thru different reviews and sites like Zillow, yelp etc as well as her blogs/social media presence. I felt like i knew her a bit after going thru the data that she made available. I put Excellent next to each characteristic above. I do not do that very often. My wife considers Angie a family friend now so do I. I am a sales manager. I know what it means to go above and beyond in the sales process. Angie did this. She was also professional when things happened and I wanted changes. She has a strong work ethic and loves what she does. My wife enjoyed this process with Angie. i can honestly say if we had contacted her in December, when we went together to look at homes, the experience would have been much better and we probably would have bought a home then instead of in March. Angie has helped us with more than finding the home, she has made herself available when we were out of state to assist with issues that have come up during the process with the company we purchased the home from and with people that we were working with to set things up at the house. It feels like we have a good friend in Austin that we trust to do "a favor" or 2 for us. She also spent countless hours working with my life on listings, explaining different aspects of closing process and about property tax in Texas etc. She educated us and made us feel confident in making decisions that left to ourselves would have taken alot of time and effort, it allowed us to make the decision more quickly and confidently. Angie's staff were helpful and professional, they assisted both Angie and my wife on the final walk though and assisted as things came up. Claudia spent a week in austin so she worked with a few members of Angie's team on things, all were postive

Tracy was a life saver for me. At my age and trying to deal with things while out of state she was wonderful and I found a new friend in Georgetown. She is one special person.

It was important that we had a broker who understood our needs and whom we could trust and rely upon to handle the sale of our home. Angie kept us well informed while our home was under contract and was always available to answer any questions and concerns we had. We could not have been more pleased with the results of our sale.
