She makes you her top priority through out the entire experience & goes above & beyond what anyone else would do! Always available for anything we needed. Felt comfortable with the Whole team and trust was immediate. Sheila Evans is easy to talk to and gives off a confidence of the situation that puts one at ease. This was my first time to sell a home so I relied on Angie's advise and expertise of the local real estate market. She had good advice on which home repairs to make before selling and she was able to identify the perfect buyer before the house was listed. The repairs and sale of my home progressed very smoothly with good communication between Angie, the buyer, and myself. Not having to list my home saved time, money and leg work. I was very satisfied with the experience and Angie's guidance.

Angie was recommended by a former PTA president at Lamar MS in Austin and friend. Since I met Angie she has been fabulous! I told her I wasn't ready to sell the property at the time I met her. She kept in touch and one day she called me and told me she thought she had a couple interested in looking at the property. And from that point on, things worked out that she sold the property and showed me another property which I bought. I told Angie this whole process was a blessing from God. She is energetic, outgoing, honest, and trustworthy. I couldn't have asked for a more personal agent who was with me throughout the entire house selling/buying process. I'd would recommend her in the blink of an eye. She is AWESOME!!! This was my first time to buy a home. Angie walked me through the entire process and was always there to calm my fears and instill confidence in me.
