Seller reviewSherri Recht was an excellent choice for selling our house, not just because she has a lot of experience and knowledge in the area but because she is very easy to work with. Whether it was passing along feedback on showings or negotiating with buyers about the fine points of the deal, Sherri was a very strong communicator. She was also calm and compassionate and very supportive which are qualities very much appreciated when things go wrong (and they did!) and especially to us as long-distance sellers. When everything is easy and uncomplicated, any realtor would probably be OK but if there are issues and complications, you'd want Sherri on your side. I wish YOU an easy sale but if it turns out to be a little tricky, you'll be glad you chose to list with Sherri.
