Buyer reviewMy wife and I are very thankful to have had Rebekah Gilbert as our realtor. She is very patient and helpful. We had sent 7 or 8 offers over a period of 8 months. Most of them are 2nd highest or preferred offers by the seller. One of them had fell through during negotiations after the inspection. As an investor, we are very cautious about our realestate investment. So it became a long journey prior to succeeding with mockingbird house. We sincerely appreciate Rebekah for her dedication and hard work through this journey. And what a great team she has.

When I reached out to her in 2022 she was ready to do whatever it took and met with us on a Sunday to get ready to sell. She gave us a recommended selling price and within 4 days we sold it for over the asking price.
