Buyer reviewJuan Robles was always there since the first meeting we had. Juan Robles is very organized, before we even went to the first meeting, Juan Robles sent us a very detailed list of everything we had to bring to his office. The day of the meeting Juan Robles got us a loan approval from Eagle Home Mortgage that allowed us to pay off our car loan up to 10 months in order to not count it as a debt. Every day after that moment, Juan Robles never left us alone in the process of buying our home, since it can become very difficult due to the fact that we are buying a house for the first time. Every time I wanted to see a house, Juan Robles was always there to show it to me. Juan Robles used to come from Hypoluxo to Pompano Beach to show me houses, no one else would have done that. If I liked the house the same day Juan Robles sent me the offer to sign and send it right away. Juan Robles is always there to answer any questions I may have when I call. I am very grateful for Juan Robles. I would recommend Juan Robles because I had a great experience with him and for all the aspects mentioned above.

Seller reviewIt seems understood and most of the time taken per granted that living in the United States everybody knows the English language, that is wrong and here is where Juan Played an important roll as a bilingual Agent to help me understand all the terms and things that I could not get by myself in order to get my house sold.
