Buyer reviewThis home purchase was a very long, stressful and frustrating process. Unfortunately, it was for reasons outside of Karlas hands. She did everything in her power to get things moving and to make sure we were happy, and for that we are very thankful! We knew that our home was for us within minutes of being in the home and Karla fought hard for us to get into this home. She continuously stayed in contact with us, even if she didn't have any new updates for us, just to be sure we weren't loosing hope after not hearing anything for 6 weeks after putting in our original offer! This is my second home that I have purchased with Karlas help and I will always recommend friends to work with her!

Seller reviewKarla had showed us some condos a few years ago before my husband got sick. We were not able to do anything at that time. She was very pleasant and patient so I wanted to use her to sell my home. I am pleased I did go with Karla because she was able to sell my house in less than a week and helped me secure contractors for some necessary repairs.

Buyer reviewkarla was always in communication with us and very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. she had me get in contact with a person for the loan process and it went very quickly. karla was always quick to accomplish whatever the task was. She went out of her way to help us feel better with the sale of our home on school street. that sale did not go well but karla stayed professional and she did not ever get upset with us when we were upset. I would recommend karla clark to anyone. she helps make even the toughest sales seem not so bad. she was free to talk to you anytime you called her. she always did her best. i am grateful to have had her.
