Karla was recommended to me by a family friend. This was my first time looking for a home and I wasn't very sure what to expect from the market or an agent. I was pleasantly surprised immediately how quickly Karla was able to make things happen as far as scheduling a showing or finding information for anything. Whether it was about past sales or zoning and utility information, and especially her market knowledge regarding price negotiation. This being said, I had a very specific set of criteria I wanted to find in a home and I really appreciated Karla's patience with me during our time spent searching. I am just a "dumb kid" so to say and at no time did Karla make me feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. Karla made my search easy and I feel like her knowledge, professionalism and welcoming personality will help anyone find the right home.
