Seller reviewKarla is a friend and we knew she had an excellent knowledge of the area our house was located in. We felt Karla had the expertise that we needed to get our house listed for the right price in our area. We needed to list with special consideration on completion of our new home. Karla made our first time home selling a very comfortable experience. We felt she had the expertise and trusted what she said about the market and she was right on. Karla is very friendly and went overboard in making us feel that our questions opinions were important to her. She always got back to us with answers and information in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Karla Clark to anyone needing to sell their home .
