Rosemary showed us a house initially based on our request for a walk through of the property she had listed. However, within minutes it became apparent that the house was simply not going to meet our needs and so she immediately began recommending another house in the area that she clearly understood was what we were looking for exactly. We passed by the house that evening and she scheduled us for a walk through that weekend. We saw the house and free one additional walk through made the offer and bought our new home. We had been renting and looking for just the right home on Zillow and realtor.com for the better part of nine years. When we found the one we thought was "perfect" based on the internet photos and actually saw it in person I am so glad that Rosemary was there to help and direct us to a real home that didn't even fit my Zillow profile. We couldn't be happier. I won't be wasting another minute online looking for property in the future I'll just call my realtor Rosemary; and I know this sounds corny but, if your looking for a home, you should too.
