She actually cleaned the Condo, including the stained toilet, and staged it, which helped the presentation very much. She got us an offer in two days very close to the asking price. She handled the offer and contract very well. We think she did a really good job.

The housing market right now is extremely crazy, so there is pressure to put in an offer - even on something you don't love. Having the professionalism and expertise of Karla to take a step back and remind you the perfect home is out there is excactly what we needed. Hands down, she's one of the best and got us a home in budget and what we wanted. She's a true pro, don't ever let her go!
