Buyer reviewWe couldn't have been happier with Chris as our real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, super responsive and incredible patient. We had to move quickly and make an offer on our new home, which could have turned into a stressful and hectic process, but Chris calmly guided us through all of the negotiations and paper work. We never felt rushed into making any decisions; on the contrary, we felt reassured and in good hands. We greatly enjoyed working with Chris and appreciate the smooth house-buying process. We've lived in our new home for a while now, and Chris still checks in with us regularly. 5 Stars!

Seller reviewChris and his team were excellent from start to finish. Due to an unforeseen death in the family I had to deal with an estate sale of a relatives property. Chris walked me through the process and made everything easy to understand and we were able to sell the home at listing price very quickly. Chris had a very good eye for attention to detail, and I felt confident that everything was being handled we'll I dealt with other family issues at the time. 10/10 would recommend.
