After initial discussion with Chris, I had an impression that he was knowledgeable and courteous. I reached out to him multiple times after that initial conversation with specific questions regarding the home purchase process, and he always had appropriate answers at his fingertips. This helped enormously in choosing a realtor who was not only easy to talk to, but also very easy to reach. It made the decision to go with Chris and Century 21 very easy. Price negotiation, in this current market (2021-2022) can be quite challenging. Chris navigated that process superbly and helped us not only stay within budget, but reach a under asking price. During closing, there was a small snag with absent, previously promised, furniture in the backyard. Chris expertly helped sort this out with calm discussion and the issue was beautifully resolved. Chris Sartwell is as trustworthy as a family member. There were innumerable events where he demonstrated his intent to do the best and separated himself from being 'just a realtor' and more a friend. He helped with 'minor' things (which mean a lot during a complicated process) such as helping change front door keypad codes, garage door codes, and help understand the backyard lighting. On a funny note, after a subtle warning to stay clear of a downstairs bathroom due to a forgotten diaper, he brought an air freshener and tossed the diaper! Who does that these days? He went as far as to reach out to his personal contacts to arrange a quote for home repairs on short notice, on a holiday. Chris's wife, Sarah, was equally personable and present on most visits to prospective houses. Her additional pair of eyes helped during the entire process. I will be recommended Chris wholeheartedly to my family members and to anyone else interested in property in the Orlando area. We feel extremely lucky to have had such a pleasant experience during our home purchase, and all the credit goes to Chris and his thoroughness and conscientiousness. If we ever need realtor services in the future we know who to call.
