Buyer reviewThis was the first time I used Randy Schriewer outside of Guadalupe County. They have closed many deals in Gonzales County and were familiar with area resources and title company which was big help.

Seller reviewVery helpful and always available when we needed it. Even late at night- which was necessary at some point given our work schedules and our kids schedules. We appreciate it! Everyone was very professional, polite, and if they didn't know the answer they found out quickly and responded. Zann and Randy were very helpful in all areas of the sale of our property. It happened quicker than we expected! Negotiations were necessary after a lowball Offer. We ended up receiving the least amount that we were willing to take, even after the original offer was very low. All in all it worked out and closed in an adequate amount of time.

Randy was there each step of the way and kept each family member informed in preparing the house for sale, showing the house, signing the contract, and closing. His knowledge of the ever changing real estate market helped guide us in making decisions in selling the house.
