Buyer reviewours was a slow process, we looked for about 4 years before we were ready to buy. We hired 2 other brokers before Joy, but they both gave up on us. We told Joy Knight up front that we were seriously looking but wouldn't be able to make a purchase until we had a few things lined out. She was very understanding and patient and stayed with us through the approximately 5 months it took for us to finally be ready. She sent us updated listings and helped to find the perfect house for us.
